Bob Zeches – Furthermore Wines

Furthermore Wines was started in 2006 by two friends, Bob Zeches and Chad Richard, who had learned about wine together and had developed a shared interest in Pinot Noir. From the beginning, the mission was to conduct a long term study and exploration of how Pinot Noir diversely expresses itself regionally in California, especially in its maritime influenced AVAs. We are best known for our small production vineyard designate Pinot Noirs from vineyards as far south as the Santa Rita Hills to as far north as the Yorkville Highlands, and many in-between including our two estate vineyards in the Russian River Valley and West Sonoma Coast. In addition to Pinot Noir, we also produce a Rosé of Pinot and a Blanc de Noir, as well an estate Chardonnay and a Riesling.

Our low-key winery is located just north of Sebastopol on the corner of the Gravenstein Hwy and Vine Hill Road, near the town of Graton. There we have a tasting room and an outdoor stage and courtyard with a bocce court under a giant sequoia tree overlooking our estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyard. We also have a tasting lounge in Healdsburg about a half block off the Plaza which also hosts live music on weekends.
